Carefully line 2 baking trays with
          sheets of baking paper.

            -

Beat together the butter and sugar until
light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and milk until well combined. Sift
together the flour and cocoa powder and gradually mix together to form
a soft dough. Use your fingers to incorporate the last of the flour
          and bring the dough together.

            -

Roll out the dough on to a lightly
floured surface until 5 mm thick. Using a 5cm fluted round cutter, cut
out as many biscuits as you can. Re-roll the dough trimmings and cut
          out more biscuits.

            -

Place the biscuits on the lined baking
trays and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 to 12
          minutes or until golden.

            -

leave the biscuits to cool on the baking
trays for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool
          completely.

            -

To make the icing, place the icing sugar
in a bowl and stir in enough orange juice to form a thin icing that
will coat the back of a spoon. Spread the icing over the biscuits and
leave to set. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and leave to set
          before serving.
