Honeydew Longan Ice Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 honeydew

80g dried seeded longans

5 tbsp sugar

Ice cubes

 

Method:

Rinse the longans. Boil in 3 cups of water. Turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes. Add in sugar. Boil for a minute.  Leave them cool. Set aside. Seed the honeydew. Scoop out honeydew balls with a spoon. Set aside. Put longans (with some of the syrup in which the longans were cooked), honeydew balls and ice cubes in a jug. Serve.
