Shanghai Fried Pork Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb of lean pork (pork chop meat)

1 lb cooking oil

Seasoning Ingredients:

3 tbsp of light soy sauce

1.5 tbsp of dark soy sauce

1/2 tsp of five spice powder or mixes spice powder

1 tbsp of rice wine

Method:

Cut the lean pork into thin slices. Marinate it with the seasoning ingredients for 1/2 hour. Fry the slices of pork in hot deep oil turning them occasionally. Garnish with thin slices of cucumber and serve.
