Steamed Minced Pork With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

10 Chinese mushrooms

1.5 tbsp thin soy sauce

2 tbsp tapioca flour

600g minced pork

salt to taste

pepper to taste

Method:

Soak the mushrooms in water until soft. Remove the stems. Chop finely. Season with 1 tbsp tapioca powder and soy sauce. Mix the other 1 tbsp of tapioca powder with the minced pork. Add salt and pepper and also gradually add 3 tbsp of water. Mix well. Add in the mushrooms and mix. Then put this pork mixture in a dish and steam over rapidly boiling water for 40 minutes.
