 Chicken Gravy Belanda Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 chicken

2 cm ginger, sliced thinly

4 cloves garlic, sliced

1 chili, sliced

2 cup tamarind juice

2 tbsp cooking oil

Sugar to taste

1 tsp corn flour mix with 1 tbsp of water

 

Method:

Cut chicken into bite sized. Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry garlic until lightly brown. Put into ginger and chili. Stir fry for a few seconds. Pour in tamarind juice. Bring gravy to boil then put in chicken. Cook until chicken is tender. Add in sugar. Thicken gravy with corn flour mixture.
