Walnut Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken meat

3 tbsp cornstarch

2 cups walnut

cooking oil

 

Seasoning Ingredients:

1 tbsp salt

1/2 tbsp black pepper

1/2 tbsp rice wine

2 eggs

 

Method:

Remove chicken skin. Cut into thin slices and marinate with seasoning ingredients for 30 minutes. Cook walnuts in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain, peel the outer skin and chop walnuts finely. Coat chicken with cornstarch followed by chopped walnuts. Heat cooking in pan. Using medium heat, deep fry chicken pieces until it turns golden brown. Garnished with tomatoes and serve.
