Fried Shrimp Noodles Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 2

450g noodles (cooked in boiling 1/2 minute and drained)

200g shrimps (shelled, drain and pat dry)

1 tsp cooking wine

2 tsp cornstarch

1/4 tsp salt

1 onion (sliced thinly)

1 tomato (cubed)

2 tsp soy sauce

2 green onions ( cut in 3cm length)

1/2 cup water mix with 1 tsp cornstarch

1 tsp sugar

1/3 tsp salt

pinch of pepper

 

Method:

Marinate shrimp with wine, cornstarch and 1/4 tsp salt for 15 minutes. Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok. Stir-fry the shrimps until done and remove. Heat another tbsp oil, stir-fry onion until fragrant, then add the tomato and stir-fry briefly. Add the soy sauce, green onion, water, sugar and salt. Stir-fry and then put in the cooked noodles and shrimps. Stir-fry briefly until well combined and serve hot.
