2 cups cooked rice
200g salmon
Wasabi to taste
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Green shiso leaves (chopped)

Method:
Sliced salmon into 8-10mm thick. Marinated with wasabi, soy sauce and sesame oil for 15 minutes. Mix salmon with rice. Garnish with shiso leaves and wasabi on top.
