Thai Mango Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

500 gm glutinous rice

Mango, sliced

700 ml coconut milk

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp white coconut sugar

40 gm fried groundnut

 

Method:

Wash and soak rice in water for 2.5 hours. Drain and put it in a steamer. Add in coconut milk, salt and sugar. Steam until rice is cooked. Remove and serve with sliced mango and groundnut.
