4 pieces kimchi
160g belly pork (sliced)
270 g bean curd (cut into bite size pieces)
150g mussels
1 egg
Method:
Put kimchi, pork slices, mussels and bean curd in to a pot. Add in pre-prepared stock to cover the ingredients. Boil for about 15 minutes. Remove from stove. Crack egg over and serve.
