Shrimps And Egg Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 lb of shrimps

2 eggs (beaten, add 2 tbsp of water)

1 tsp of cooking oil

2 tsp of thin strips ginger

salt and pepper to taste

4 cups of water (add 1 packet of chicken stock)

Method:

Heat pan with cooking oil. Put in ginger strips and salt to taste. Put in water with chicken stock and shrimps. Boil for 150 minutes. Add beaten eggs and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes. Serve while hot.
