Another great way to cook the oysters is to saute them. Coat oysters with some seasoned flour and saute in warm butter for a couple of minutes, until they are golden. Prepare oysters then bake inside their shells. Plop it in a rectangular dish, add a tiny bit of butter, then sprinkle some breadcrumbs on the oysters. Once you do all that, put it in the oven at 425 degrees and let it bake for 4-5 minutes. When you see the juices and butter bubbling, serve immediately with toasted baguettes.
