Fried Battered Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

12 Bhutanese oyster mushrooms

1 cup tempura flour

1 cup water

2 cups oil for frying

Method:

Wash the mushrooms and drain. Mix flour and water. Heat oil in pan. Put the mushrooms into the batter and fry until golden brown. Dish out and drain on absorbent paper. Serve with chili sauce.
