Fried Cauliflower With Shrimps Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 8

1/2 lb. of cauliflower

3/4 lb. of shrimps

Pepper and salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp chopped onions

2 tbsp oyster sauce

cooking oil for deep frying

 

Method:

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, wash and drain. Shell the shrimps, wash and drain. Heat the frying pan with cooking oil. Place the cauliflower in a sieve and fry in hot oil for 3 minutes. Remove and put them on a plate. Repeat with the shrimps. Heat the frying pan with 1 tbsp oil, fry onions until fragrant. Add cauliflower and shrimps. Stir-fry, add oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Serve hot.
