Mushroom With Beef Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

6 pine mushrooms (cleaned and sliced thinly)

3 shiitake mushrooms (soft, stems removed and sliced thinly)

1 cup straw mushrooms

1 onion (sliced thinly)

1 leafy crown daisy

10 green onion ( cut into 4 cm lengths)

230 gm beef (cut into thin strips)

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp green onion (finely chopped)

2 tsp garlic (minced)

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 tbsp sesame oil

black pepper

 

Salt and soy sauce to taste

2 cups water

 

Method:

Mix the beef with soy sauce, green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, sesame oil and black pepper. Layer the bottom of a flat casserole with seasoned beef and sliced onion. Arrange green onion and pine mushroom around the casserole. Top with shiitake mushrooms, straw mushrooms and the leafy crown daisy. Add water and bring to a boil. Add in salt and soy sauce to taste.
