Bean Curd (Tofu) Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients:

500 g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

4 pieces bean curd (mashed)

2 eggs

130 g castor sugar

1.5 tsp salt

100 g sesame seeds

1 tbsp black sesame seeds

Method:

Mix all the ingredients and knead well. Roll into thin slice and cut into small pieces. Heat oil in pan. Put in bean curd biscuits and deep fry until golden brown. Serve
