Chocolate Finger Cookies Recipe


220 g corn flour

150 g melted chocolate

380 g granulated sugar

240 g plain sugar

9 egg whites

18 egg yolks


Beat egg yolks and granulated sugar until creamy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into egg yolk mixture. Fold in sifted corn flour and plain flour into egg mixture. Pour batter into greased long shaped moulds. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Spoon melted chocolate over top of cooled finger cookies.
