Beat eggs and sugar in a small bowl
until frothy. Stir in combined cooled dark chocolate and oil, then
sifted flours, white chocolate and chocolate chips. Cover and
refrigerate for an hour.
Roll 1.5 level tablespoons of mixture
into a ball and place onto greased oven tray. Repeat with remaining
mixture, allowing about 1.5 inches between cookies. Bake in moderate
oven for about 10 minutes or until just firm. Cool on wire rack.
