Chocolates Nut Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:

125g unsalted butter

90g dark chocolate, chopped

90g white chocolate, chopped

1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

2 tbsp honey

2 eggs

1 cup plain flou2/3 cup unsalted macadamia nuts, chopped

Method:

  • Grease deep 19cm square cake pan, cover base with grease paper. Melt butter and both chocolates in pan over low heat. Remove from heat, stir in sugar and honey. Stir in eggs 1 at a time, then sifted flour and nuts, pour into pan.

  • Bake in moderate oven for about 35 minutes or until firm. Cool in pan, cut when cold.
