Corn Flake Coconut Crunches Recipe


2 cups corn flakes, lightly crushed

2 cups self raising flour

1 cup flaked coconut

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

2 eggs, lightly beaten

250g butter, melted


  • Combine corn flakes, sifted flour, both coconuts and sugar in a bowl. Stir in eggs and butter. Place level tablespoons of mixture about 5 cm apart on greased oven trays.

  • Bake in moderately hot oven for about 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.
