Peanut Coconut Chip Recipe


400g can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

2 cups shredded coconut

1 cup lightly crushed lightly salted potato crisps


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently. Place 2 level teaspoons of mixture on greased oven tray. Repeat with remaining mixture, allowing about 3 cm between biscuits.

  • bake in moderately hot oven for about 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on trays.
