Rolled Oats Cookies Recipe


200 g margarine

100 g icing sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

320 g whole meal flour

160 g organic rolled oats


Beat margarine, icing sugar, egg and vanilla essence together until creamy. Stir in whole meal flour and organic rolled oats to form a dough. Make dough into small balls and coat on rolled oats. Flatten it in a greased tray. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Let it cool before serving.
