Sift baking powder and plain flour
together. Thaw refrigerated butter under room temperature.
Beat sugar, mashed banana and cake
stabilizer together in mixer till fluffy. Pour in beaten eggs and mix
well for about 2 minutes. Stir in butter and mix well. Remove from
mixer. Add plain flour and baking powder then mix well.
Pour cake mixture into baking tin. Bake
at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes. Serve.
