Beat butter and icing sugar in mixer
till fluffy. Remove.
Separate egg yolks and egg whites for
later use. Beat egg whites and sugar till stiff peaks form. Add egg
yolks and continue beating. Remove.
Pour in butter mixture (from step 2) and
mix well by hand. Add self raising flour and corn flour, then slowly
stir well. Add grated cheese to mix well. Pour cake mixture into
baking tin. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Remove
Topping: Combine water, sugar,
jelly powder and corn flour then bring to boil. Pour on top of cake.
Evenly sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve.
