Pineapple Loaf Cake Recipe


100 g margarine

120 g castor sugar

2 eggs

150 g plain flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

40 ml fresh milk

150 g chopped can pineapple, strained dry


Beat margarine and castor sugar until creamy. Add in eggs and beat well. Stir in plain flour, baking powder, fresh milk and pineapple. Pour into loaf tin. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
