Traditional Steamed Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

6 eggs

100g castor sugar

220 flour (sieved)

120ml ice-cream soda

 

Method:

Whisk eggs and sugar till thick and bubble less. Fold in flour gradually. Finally add in ice-cream soda. Pour into a bamboo tray steamer laid with a piece of grease proof paper. Steam over high heat for 30 minutes.
