Iced Mango Pearls Drink Recipe

Ingredients: 

1 tbsp Thai black tapioca pearls

1 mango (cubes)

Honey to taste

Ice cubes

Ice water

 

Method:

Boil black tapioca pearls for 15 minutes. Strain. Put the pearls in a jug, add in honey and mix well. Add in mango, ice cubes and water. Serve.
