Red Bean Pancakes Recipe


180g plain flour

3 tsp sugar

180ml water

1 egg white, beat until fluffy

140g red-bean jam, sieved



Sift the flour into a bowl. Add sugar and water to make a better. Fold in egg white. Heat a frying pan and grease lightly with oil. Put 1.5 tbsp of the batter into the pan. Fry until both side is lightly brown. Repeat with the rest. Spread red bean jam onto the pancake.
