Sweet Green Beans Porridge Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 6 to 8

600g green beans

5 cups coconut milk

3 pieces palm sugar

3 screw pine leaves

salt to taste

Method:

Boil the green beans until soft. Wash the screw pine leaves, tie each leaf into a knot. Pour coconut milk into a pot and bring to boil together with the green beans and screw pine leaves. Add the palm sugar and salt. Continue to boil over a medium flame until the gravy thickens. Remove the screw pine leaves and serve hot.
