Fried Pork Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 of lean pork cut into 1 in square.

1/2 oz of mushrooms

4 oz roast pork cut into thin strips

3 tbsp of light soy sauce

1/2 tbsp of thick soy sauce

1 tbsp of rice wine

 3 tbsp of oil

 

Method:

Soak mushrooms in warm water for 15 minutes. Remove the stalk. Cut into thin strips. Marinate the lean pork with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, wine for 20 minutes. Roll each piece of pork with 2 or3 strips of mushrooms and 2 or 3 strips of roast pork. Heat oil in pan and fry for 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with thin slices of cucumber and serve.
