Pork With Ginger Recipe

Ingredients:

480g pork loin, sliced

4 tsp ginger juice

3 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp sake

180g onion

2 tsp oil

180g cabbage

60g green pepper

 

Method:

Cut pork sliced into 1" squares and set aside. Mix ginger juice, soy sauce and sake. Cut cabbage and pepper into cubes. Slices onion thinly. Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry pork until it changes color. Add in cabbage, pepper and onion. stir fry until the vegetables and pork are cooked. Pour in the prepared seasoning. Mix well and serve hot.
