Shredded Pork With Bean Paste Recipe

Ingredients:

380g pork

1 tsp soy sauce

2 tbsp tapioca flour

2 tsp rice wine

1 stalk spring onion (cut into 3 cm lengths)

1.5 tbsp bean paste

2 tsp sugar

oil for deep frying

Method:

Clean and shred the pork thinly. Season with the mixture of soy sauce, tapioca flour and 1 tsp rice wine. Leave aside for 30 minutes. Heat up oil in pan and fry the seasoned pork for 3 minutes. Remove from pan and drain. Leave just about 2 tbsp of oil in the pan, Heat up and fry the bean paste for 2 minutes Add sugar and 2 tbsp of water. Bring to boil. Add in 1/2 tsp of rice wine and fried pork. Mix well. Add in spring onion and season to taste. Serve.
