Chicken Goulash In Creamy Gravy Recipe

Ingredients:

1 medium size chicken (skinned and cut into pieces)

120g butter

130g cream

3 medium onions ( sliced finely)

4 cloves

1/2 bottle of tomato sauce (more if required)

2 tsp chili powder

salt to taste

Method:

Using low heat, heat butter in a large pan. Put in cloves and onions. Fry till fragrant. Put in chicken and salt and fry till golden. Add tomato sauce and chili powder. Make sure there is enough sauce to coat the chicken as well as for a thick gravy. Cook for 8 minutes. Add cream and stir well. Cover and simmer over low heat until chicken is tender. Serve.
