          Method: 
          Season the duck meat with corn flour 
          adding 1 egg, salt, pepper and water. Heat cooking oil in pan. Fry 
          pieces of duck meat for 8 minutes. Drain well. 
          Fry chopped garlic for 5 minutes. Put in fried duck meat, tomatoes, 
          tomato sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and sugar. Thicken the gravy 
          with corn flour mix with a little cold water. When cooked, dish out 
          and serve.  |
