Baked Rice In Pot Recipe


1.5 cup of cooked rice

170 g pork ( bite size pieces)

7 rice straw mushrooms (each cut into half)

1 spring onion cut into short pieces

1 red chili sliced diagonally

1.5 tbsp shredded ginger

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp cooking oil


Heat cooking oil in a wok. Stir fry the pork. Add ginger, mushrooms and spring onions. Season with oyster and soy sauces. When everything is done, turn off heat. Add in the rice and mix thoroughly. Transfer to covered bowl, put a dash of pepper, put on the cover. Bake for about 5 to 8 minutes in an oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve.
