Heat oil in pan. Stir-fry sliced
shallots and garlic until fragrant. Add in chicken meat and shrimps.
Stir-fry until chicken is cooked. Add in pounded ingredients and stir
for 2 minutes. Put in cabbage, stir well. Add in beaten egg and cooked
rice. Mix well. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Season with salt. Mix well.
Serve. Garnish with bird's eye chilies and fried shallot.
