Heat the margarine in a pan and stir-fry
the onions until soft. Add the ham and garlic. Stir well. Add in
chilies paste and the scallions. Stir for 2 minutes. Put in the rice a
little at a time. Continue to stir for 5 minutes. Add the shrimps and
soy sauce. Stir until the shrimps is cooked. Serve with scrambled eggs
and garnish with coriander.
