Fried Vermicelli With Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

250g vermicelli

160g pork (sliced into strips)

1/2 onion (cut into strips)

100g red cabbage

100g white cabbage

150g red carrots (sliced)

1 clove garlic (chopped)

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

I tbsp soy sauce

pepper to taste

Method:

Heat oil in frying pan and fry chopped garlic. Add all ingredients except vermicelli and spices. Fry for about 1 to 2 minutes. Put in soaked vermicelli and spices. Stir fry for another 2 minutes. Dish out and serve hot.
