Japanese Shrimps Noodles Recipe


Ingredients: Serves 2

4 shrimps

6 slices steamed fish paste

2 packets noodle

2 packets instant dashi stock (according to one's taste)

Soy sauce and salt

2 cups water

Trefoil (chopped)



Cook noodles. Blanch in cold water to remove starch. Drain and put in two serving bowl. Clean and shell shrimps. Boil with a pinch of salt until cooked. Drain shrimps and put on top of the noodles with steamed fish paste. Boil the instant dashi stock with water. Add in soy sauce and salt to taste. Pour over the noodles. Garnish with chopped trefoil.
