Mushroom Stewed Noodles Recipe


2 oz of Chinese mushrooms

5 cakes of egg noodles

2 tbsp of oyster sauce

2 cups of water

salt, sugar, and pepper to taste

2 tsp of chopped garlic or chopped ginger

2tbsp cooking oil


Soak mushrooms in warm water for 20 minutes and remove stalks. Put egg noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. Heat cooking oil in pan. Put in Chopped garlic or chopped ginger and fry for a while. Put in mushrooms, add oyster sauce, sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add egg noodles and simmer for another 3 minutes. Serve on  dish while hot.
