Oriental Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 6

3 cup rice

3 shallots, thinly sliced

2 tbsp dried shrimps, soaked

160g lean pork, cubed

3 dried Chinese mushrooms, soaked and cubed

1/2 cup of carrot (cubed) and peas

3 tbsp soy sauce

1tsp salt

pepper

 

Method:

Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan. Stir-fry the shallots until fragrant. Add in dried shrimps, pork, and mushrooms one by one and stir-fry until fragrant. Add rice, soy sauce ,salt and pepper. Add carrot and peas and stir-fry for 10 minutes.
