Shrimp Fried Rice With Hot Chilies Recipe


3 cups of cooked rice

220g white or tiger shrimps

3 tbsp crushed green and red hot chilies

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp fish sauce

1/2 cup cooking oil


Wash and shell the shrimps leaving only the tail. Cut open the back to remove the black veins. Heat up oil in pan. Using medium heat fry the garlic until golden. Then add in the shrimps, chilies and onion. Season with the fish sauce and sugar. Continue to stir fry until shrimps are done and becomes fragrant. Put in the rice to stir fry together with the shrimps. Garnish with cucumber and spring onion and serve.
