Steamed Cod Rice Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 2

2 slices cod

2 bowl cooked rice

2 shiitake mushrooms (soft and sliced)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp wine

1 tbsp sesame oil

Green onion (chopped)

Trefoil (chopped)

 

Method:

Cut cod into half and marinate with salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Pour wine and sesame oil onto the cod with shiitake mushrooms. Steam in a steamer for 5-10 minutes. Arrange the cod, shiitake mushrooms, green onion and trefoil on top of the rice. Serve hot.
