Crispy Sotong (Squid) Recipe


10 medium size squids

1 tsp pepper

pinch or sugar

salt to taste

240g corn flour

cooking oil


Clean the squids and remove the thin membrane. Slit open the squids, clean and remove the internals. Cut into thin strips along the width. Marinate with pepper, salt, sugar. Drain off any excess water. Roll the squid strips in corn flour. Heat up cooking oil and deep fry until crispy. Garnish with cucumber and tomatoes and serve.
