Fish Drumsticks Recipe


300g fish

80g margarine

200g potatoes boiled and mashed

50ml evaporated milk

1 tbsp chopped Chinese celery

2 hardboiled eggs

1 egg lightly beaten


salt to taste

pepper to taste

oil for frying


Boil fish until cooked. Then remove skin and bones. Mash the meat. Melt the margarine and lightly fry the mashed potatoes. Add the milk a little at a time and stir. Add salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Add the fish, hard boiled eggs and celery. Mix well. Leave to cool on a plate. Divide into equal portions and shape each portion into drumsticks shape. Dip it in beaten egg and coat it with breadcrumbs. Deep fry in heated oil.

Drain well. Serve.
