Fish With Soy Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

200g fish fillet

salt and pepper to taste

4 small onions sliced thinly

1 clove of garlic minced

5 fresh ginger cut into thin strips

4 tbsp soy sauce

3/4 cup water

1 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp vinegar

1 tomato cut into cubed

1 stalk spring onion

oil for frying

 

Method:

Prepare fish and rub in a little salt and pepper. Heat up oil in frying pan and fry fish until it becomes crisp on the outside. Place the fish on a serving plate. Leaving 2 tbsp of oil in the frying pan, fry the onion, garlic and ginger till fragrant. Add soy sauce water, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar and cook for 2 minutes. Pour the sauce over the fish and sprinkle with spring onion. Decorate with tomato.
