8 fresh oysters in the shells

3" daikon radish, sliced

3 dried red chili, sliced

Momiji Oroshi



Serve well chilled half-shell oysters in a bowl of ice with momiji oroshi dip and lemon wedges. Garnish with daikon radish and chili.
