Fried Sea Perch With Margarine Recipe

Ingredients:

1 sea perch about 600 g

1 large carrot (boiled and sliced)

2 tsp salt

1.5 tbsp lime juice

3 tsp margarine

1/2 cooking oil

Method:

Dry the fish and marinade it with lime juice and salt for 20 minutes. Heat up oil in wok using medium heat. Fry the fish turning it regularly. When it is cooked, remove from wok and drain. While it is still hot spread margarine on it and serve with the boiled carrot.
