Lemon And Chili Steamed Fish Recipe


500g whole sea bass or sea perch (cleaned and gutted)

1/2 cup lemon juice

3 tbsp fresh small green chilies (lightly chopped)

2 tbsp garlic (chopped)

2 tbsp fish sauce

1/2 tbsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 cup coriander leaves and stem (cut into 1 cm pieces)


Put the fish in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes. Make sure the fish is tender but firm. Mix the rest of the ingredients together except for the coriander. When the fish is cooked, place it on a serving platter and immediately pour the lemon juice mixture over it while the fish is still very hot. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
