600g fresh shrimps (washed and shelled)
1.5 cups lime juice
5 cm ginger (sliced)
6 red chilies (sliced)
salt to taste
Slice the shrimps into two. Put the
shrimps in a bowl and add the sliced ginger, chilies and lime juice.
Mix well and season to taste. Leave for 20 minutes before serving.
